Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

We thank you for your purchased from DIOSO CUSTOMS However,  all  DIOSO CUSTOMS  sales are final and there are NO returns or exchanges, due to certain health regulations.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our behalf.

Shipping 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the service, carrier, products and destination.

We currently ship to the US with USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx, and worldwide with Asendia and DHL International.

Total shipping costs are also calculated per item. There is a base rate for all orders, and an additional cost added per item in the order.

Shipping is between 2-5 business days.

If delivering outside of the United States, contact us.

You will be charged at the time the order is placed. Once we print your item(s) and your order ships we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.
